Security is essential when travelling. With TSA-approved locks, you can lock your suitcase and gain peace of mind knowing that your
contents are secure.
What is a TSA combination lock?
TSA locks are required for all customers travelling to the USA. The TSA screens every passenger’s baggage before it is placed on the plane. At their discretion, from time to time, they choose to open a passenger’s luggage for closer inspection. When this occurs, if the luggage is fitted with any lock other than approved by the TSA, they will destroy whatever lock is fitted to gain access.
Luggage locks approved by the TSA have a universal master key that will open the locks. Only the TSA have a copy of this master key.
Every TSA approved lock has an identifying mark that shows it may be opened by the master key.

HOW DO I SET MY CODE?
TYPE A – centre slide
To set your personal combination, follow these steps:
- Adjust the dials to the preset code 000.
- Press down the Reset Button with a narrow tool.
- Hold the Reset Button down and adjust the dials to your desired personal combination (for example 8-8-8).
- Release the Reset Button. Your personal combination is now set.
- To change your combination again, adjust dials to your existing combination, then repeat steps 2 through 4.
TYPE B – with end sliders
To set your personal combination, follow these steps:
- Adjust the dials to the preset code 000.
- Press down the Reset Button with a narrow tool.
- Hold the Reset Button down and adjust the dials to your desired peronal combination (for example 8-8-8).
- Release the Reset Button. Your personal combination is now set.
- To change your combination again, adjust dials to your existing combination, then repeat steps 2 through 4.
TYPE C
